Q. What is the reason of price differences among similar tours with same itinerary?
A. The major reason of the price differences are quality of service and food.
For example, 2D1N Ha Long bay tour staying on boat, the itinerary itself is almost same among most of tour companies. But the grade of food, junk boat, cabin (bed, shower, air conditioner etc), kayak and others are really different. The price vary from 50 USD to 350 USD per person.
The reason of cheap/expensive price is not because of high margin but because of the quality and the grade. But it is really difficult to know that for travellers. So it is very important to ask reliable tour desk for the tours.

A. Yes, you need to submit your passport to us. There is a regulation in Vietnam to receive guest's passport and submit the passport information to police. So we ask all guests to submit their passports. Your understanding of the Vietnamese regulation is highly appreciated.
